OUR PRODUCTS
Muti are the healing remedies used by South African Sangoma (traditional healers). It also means mother in some parts of Europe. We strive to realize both these elements in the Muti range.
All Muti products are completely natural, cruelty-free and biodegradable. We use no animal ingredients, no artificial scents, flavors or coloring. Wherever possible we offer products which support local artisans, crafters and community co-operatives all over the world. We endeavor to find sources which preserve and support the environment. We incorporate organic, wild-crafted and sustainably grown plants and seek out fair-trade suppliers. All Muti products are hand blended.
Muti Mama products pamper mothers through every stage of pregnancy and beyond.
Muti Baby products are gentle, nurturing and all-natural for babies and young children.
Muti Apothecary includes relaxation aids, flu comfort items, our unique TherapeusticksTM, Spritzers and more. Our special Cancer Care products are specifically formulated to support people undergoing cancer treatments.
Muti Spa includes our unique RomanceSticksTM, massage oils, scrubs, skincare and more. And, of course, we have a comprehensive line of the finest therapeutic grade pure Essential Oils.
We offer products to pamper, soothe and support. All of them are made the same way - formulated by Muti's founder, Melina Macall, with love, care, attention and many years of experience and knowledge.

OUTREACH
Muti Founder, Melina Macall, does outreach programs in the community. She has presented training workshops to nurses, medical practitioners and schools on the benefits of aromatherapy. Workshops and seminars are available for private parties and corporate training. Additionally Melina Macall is working with schools on the many uses of aromatherapy from Holistic Writing Stations to Well Health practices, to curriculum based art and science programs.
GIVING BACK
From its inception Muti has given back to the community.
Muti opened its doors in September 2001. Days after we launched the company it was 9/11. We formulated a special blend and distributed 100s of bottles of Hope 9/11 witht the help of the Port Authority and the Red Cross.
Muti has donated bottles of Hope to the Rachel Coalition. The Rachel Coalition is a coordinated response to domestic violence in the MetroWest Jewish community. The Rachel Coalition provides: 24-hour crisis intervention, emergency suburban kosher Safe-House, individual and group counseling, transition planning, information and referral, access to legal and medical support and community education.
Muti has donated gifts to Shakti Rising. Shakti Rising assists youth, primarily women ages 15-25 in overcoming addictions, abuses and disempowerment about their mind, body and spirit. This is done via an alternative recovery program based on a holistic approach to healing.
When Hurricane Katrina hit Muti donated over 500 bottles of Bug Away which was distributed through the Salvation Army. It was generously taken down to the affected areas by our local Firefighters.
Muti has an ongoing program of donating our special blends for Cancer Care Support.
